Up to 16:00 the day before: no cancellation fee
From 4:00 p.m. the previous day onward: 100%

*Please note that you cannot board a plane for at least 18 hours (12 hours for introductory dives) after diving.

*In the event of inclement weather on the day of the tour, you may reschedule for the following day (no cancellation or rescheduling fees). If you wish to reschedule, please call us at least one hour before departure.

*Flights may be canceled due to inclement weather in the interest of passenger safety.

*We cannot accept participants with heart conditions, respiratory diseases, those who are pregnant, or those who have consumed alcohol.

*If you have high blood pressure or a pre-existing medical condition, you may need to consult a doctor before participating.Please review the medical history form in advance.。

*The staff assigned to the diving tour will be determined on the day of the tour. You may request a specific staff member, but depending on circumstances, a staff member who does not speak Japanese may be assigned.

*On August 8 and 9, our shuttle service will be suspended due to events taking place in the surrounding area.
For select start times (11:00 a.m. or later) only, guests staying at the Shangri-La Hotel may participate if they are able to make their own way to the meeting point.
