After 16:00 the day before to the day of the event: 100%

*In case of cancellation or schedule change after 4:00 p.m. on the day before the tour for the customer's convenience, 1001 TP3T of the tour fee will be charged.

*For your safety, tours may be changed or canceled depending on weather and sea conditions.

*For package reservations, depending on weather conditions, the captain may decide to cancel the remaining activities after the first one has concluded. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

*Participants who are under the influence of alcohol or who have injuries to the heart, neck, back, shoulders, or arms are not permitted to participate.

*For guests participating in the introductory diving experience:Medical History QuestionnairePlease note: If you have high blood pressure or a pre-existing medical condition, you may need to consult a doctor before participating. If you are pregnant, please refrain from participating.

*Children may participate in parasailing only if their body size fits the harness safety belt, they are accompanied by a parent or guardian, and weather conditions are favorable—subject to the boat captain’s discretion.

*Upon request, the introductory diving experience can be changed to a 2-hour snorkeling tour of the San Vicente Marine Reserve. If you would like to do so, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section of the reservation form.
