Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

6 days before: 50%.
The day before: 80
Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100%.

*If you are not on time for the meeting, it will be treated as a cancellation. Please refrain from being late or canceling on the day of the meeting, as it may cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Tour content may be changed or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions on the day of the tour. No cancellation fee will be charged in such cases.
If other tours are available, we will suggest other alternative tours.

*All schedules are in Philippine local time.

*Tour contents and times are subject to change depending on the tide level of the day.

*Please note that all guests with children must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian.

*People who cannot swim, even with staff assistance, may be required to stay on the boat.

*Children under 9 years old may be asked to stay on the boat if we deem it difficult for them to participate for safety reasons.

*Please be sure to wear clothes that can get wet. After the tour, you will be sent home or dismissed directly, so please bring a coat of clothing.

Conditions of Participation 》

*All participants must purchase travel insurance. (Credit card insurance is acceptable)
*If you are not a subscriber, you will not be able to participate in the tour.

*Please consult with us before applying if you fall into any of the following categories
　- Elderly people
　- Pregnant
　- Those with pre-existing medical conditions
　- Those with health concerns

*If you are over 60 years old, have a chronic disease, or are pregnant, you must obtain a doctor's consent in advance.

*This tour requires a certain level of physical fitness due to the long travel time and local activities involved.
We will do our utmost to ensure safety, but please understand the content of the program before considering it.

Disclaimer

*Cebu's road conditions include some rough roads and the vehicles may be very bumpy. Please consult with us if you have any health concerns before you sign up for this tour.

*If you are late for the meeting time, any tours that are more than 15 minutes late will be treated as cancellations. In that case, 100% of the tour fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
